In fact, the acts of Deen are such that they often allow a person to fulfil many of these desires (making his heart happy) and also allows him to earn rewards at the same time. Muslims therefore benefit in this world as well as in the Aakhirah.
Even through play, rewards can be attained, as detailed in Islamic teachings and key Islamic Facts.
Islam teaches that even leisure activities, when done with good intention, can earn rewards. Understand the importance of maintaining Iman (faith) in all aspects of life.
Balancing leisure with spiritual growth involves avoiding spiritual illnesses. Reflect on the wise words that guide Muslims on making the most out of every moment.
