The Moon

The moon shining in the night sky
Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said,

"If Abu Bukair Al-Huthali, the poet, saw you, he would know that his poem in which he talks about the moon was written for you...Abu Bukair said that if you looked to the majesty of the moon, it twinkles and lights up the world for everybody to see."

So the Prophet (peace be upon him) got up, walked to Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), kissed her between the eyes, and said,

"Wallahi ya Aisha, you are like that to me and more." (Dala el Al Nubuwa)

"And amongst His signs is this, that He created for you mates from among yourselves, that ye may dwell in tranquility with them, and He has put Love and mercy between your (hearts), verily in that are signs for those who reflect." (Qur'an 30:21)

  1. Masha'Allah...this is so beautiful....yesterday the moon was bright as ever, so bright to an extent made the sky dark blue and the ground silver white. I was enchanted by it's beauty. But anyways , May Allah grant any sister or brother who is not married a pious spouse.
    Jazakallah khair.
